Schemion Loses Flip to Newey; Remains Short

Level 16 : 15,000/30,000, 4,000 ante

Over on table one, Ivan Luca raised to 66,000 on the button and Ole Schemion dedended his big blind to see a flop of {6-Spades}{5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}. The German checked, Luca bet 100,000 and the pot was shipped to the Argentinian.

One hand later, Igor Kurganov raised to 60,000 from under the gun and Ivan Luca made it 154,000 to go to enforce a fold.

Luca also raised to 60,000 one hand later, but then folded to the shove of Schemion.

Schemion raised to 65,000 from the cutoff next and Paul Newey finally found a spot to shove from one seat over for 435,000. It folded back to Schemion and he sighed before putting in the chips.

Newey: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}
Schemion: {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}

The board ran out {9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{J-Spades}{2-Clubs} and the German was left very short.
