Vogelsang Finds a Double

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Christoph Vogelsang gave up his blinds and then moved all in from the button for 89,000, picking up the blinds and antes. The German pushed again for just over seven big blinds from under the gun soon after and William Arruda quickly called from one seat over by putting in five T-25,000 chips. The rest of the table folded and both players turned over a pocket pair.

Vogelsang: {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}
Arruda: {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

The {Q-Hearts}{9-Spades}{7-Diamonds} flop improved Vogelsang to a set and his double up was confirmed with the {7-Hearts} turn, making the {3-Clubs} river meaningless.
