Marco Leonzio Eliminated in 19th Place (€21,530)

Level 18 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Marco Leonzio

Marco Leonzio moved all in from under the gun and Ryan Riess from one seat over asked for a count. It was 146,000 to go and Riess then announced all in himself. The action folded around to Jason Mercier in the small blind and he asked Riess for the stack as well.

"Around 420k," Riess said. Mercier asked the dealer for an exact count and it was indeed very close to that number, 421,000 to be exact. Mercier moved all in as well and Jeff Gross folded his big blind.

Leonzio: {A-Diamonds}{8-Spades}
Riess: {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}
Mercier: {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}

The board ran out {Q-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{3-Hearts} and Riess more than doubled up, busting Leonzio in 19th place as a result. Mercier sighed "just a one million chip pot" and was left super short.
