Two Seat Open And Triple Up For Lodden

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

In the two minutes before the break we caught the following three hands that saw two seat opens and the triple up of Team PokerStars Pro Johnny Lodden.

Jorge Ribeiro limped in the small blind and then moved all in after the raise of Matas Cimbolas in the big blind. Cimbolas wasted no time in calling all in with the {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts}. His opponent turned over the {7-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and picked up a few further outs on the {6-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{9-Clubs} flop. Both the {K-Spades} turn and {Q-Diamonds} river were no help and Ribeiro was gone.

Mario Sanchez Cano four-bet shoved the button and Federico Petruzzelli called in the big blind with the {J-Spades}{J-Diamonds}. He was in excellent shape against the {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} of his opponent, the {10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{2-Clubs} confirmed that.

Last but not least we went back to table four and it was Johnny Lodden at risk. Pedro Pellicer raised the cutoff, Lodden moved all in one seat over for 12,500 and both Pellicer and Shyam Srinivasan in the big blind called. The {Q-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} board was checked down. Pellicer showed the {4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and Lodden won the pot with the {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}.
