Andrei Stoenescu opened to 100,000 from the button and Ricardo Ibañez made it 275,000 from the big blind. The Romanian moved all in for almost 1.2 million and put the decision on the Spaniard for nearly 1/3 of the latter's stack.
This was where it got controversial, as Ibañez counted out the call and pushed the chips towards the, seemingly looking for a reaction from his opponent before he then pulled the chips back. Despite this, Ibañez then made the call for one of the biggest pots so far.

The board came as Stoenescu dodged several bullets to double back up. Ibañez was hence given a two hand penalty for his apparent gamesmanship.
Frederik Jensen is quietly going about his business and moving up the counts. Bruno Lopes was a non believer in a hand they played out.
Jensen raised to 100,000 from the cut-ff and Lopes called from the small blind. The flop was spread as and Lopes check-called a 70,000 bet to head to the turn. Both players checked and a second ace () appeared on the river.
Lopes checked again, to call a 330,000 bet from the Dane - who opened for trips. It was good as Lopes mucked.
Frederik Jensen raised to 100,000 on the button and Fraser MacIntyre called to see a flop. It was checked to the Dane who bet 85,000 and MacIntyre made the call. The turn and river were checked down and Jensen was forced to show and MacIntyre won the pot with .
In early position, Bruno Lopes came in with a raise to 105,000, and Nicolas Levi three-bet shoved for 630,000 on the button. Lopes made the call with his , and Levi was flipping for his tournament life with . Literally. As he stood up from his chair, he pulled a coin from his wallet and flipped it onto the felt.
It must have come up tails. The board ran out , and Levi was unable to catch up. He picked up outs every step of the way, but his run has thusly come to an end in 7th place. That's good for €69,450, a very nice consolation prize for a short week's work.
When the table folded around to his small blind, Ilan Boujenah shoved all in for just over a million chips. Nicolas Levi was the only man to get through, and he spent a minute thinking before surrendering his big blind with a hint of reluctance.
The two chip leaders at the table clashed, the result being a swap of the top two counts.
Ricardo Ibañez opened to 135,000 and Fraser Macintyre called in position to see a flop. The Spaniard continued for 115,000 and Macintyre called to the turn. It was here that Macintyre bet for 275,000 when checked to him. His opponent tanked and made the call.
The river came and Ibañez led for 500,000. Call. Ibañez tabled for two-pair and took the pot as the Scotsman mucked.
From the button, Ilan Boujenah limped as the first one to come into the pot. Next door in the small blind, Nicolas Levi three-bet shoved for about a half million total. Boujenah traded a few quick words with Levi, then spun his cards into the muck.
First hand back from the break saw the action passed around to Andrei Stoenescu on the button, he moved all in to cover the short stacks in the blinds.
