Quads on the Flop for Paivarinta

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Miklos Zsuffa raised to 160,000 from the button and was called by Vili Paivarinta in the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of KKK, and Zsuffa continued for 100,000. Paivarinta quickly check-called, and he check-called again after Zsuffa bet 220,000 on the turn 2.

On the river 8, Paivarinta checked one more time. Zsuffa checked back, and he was lucky he didn't bluff the river with A9 because Paivarinta flopped quads with KJ.

Rostyslav Sabishchenko bet 160,000 from under the gun and was called by Mario Alina to his left.

Miklos Zsuffa in the small blind then shoved for 1,600,000. The big blind folded, and Sabishchenko four-bet all-in for 3,000,000 to make Alina fold his 99.

Rostyslav Sabishchenko: AK

Zsuffa was lucky enough to hit a pair directly on a flop of 6J10. And even if Sabishchenko had a straight and a flush draw with the turn 7, Zsuffa doubled up after the river 10.

Zsuffa Folds the Best Hand

Level 26 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Vili Paivarinta raised to 160,000 from the cutoff and faced Miklos Zsuffa, who defended from the big blind.

Paivarinta bet 100,000 on the Q59 flop and Zsuffa check-called, then he check-called again after Paivarinta bet 250,000 on the turn 3.

The K landed on the river, and Paivarinta decided to go all-in for 2,2000,000. Zsuffa went into the tank for a very long moment, but he decided to fold A9. He didn't know he had the best hand, as Paivarinta had 98.
