Portaro Doubles on the Bubble

Level 17 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

"I had ace jack and ace ten in the first two hands and folded, she is torturing me," Bruno Portaro said while he was under the gun as one of the shortest stacks on the money bubble. He then looked down at his cards and moved all in for 32,000. Ryan Otto asked for a count but folded, while Robert Glasspool, who had won the previous hand against Vojtech Ruzicka, moved all in from the small blind to isolate.

Several players were gathering around the table while all other tables had not yet finished their current hand. Portaro was all smiles and dashed out a few jokes. Billy "The Croc" Argyros started singing "all by myself" while they waited for the showdown.

Bruno Portaro: {A-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}
Robert Glasspool: {K-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}

The {J-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Spades} flop was a sweat, but the {J-Spades} turn and {3-Diamonds} river were both blanks to let Portaro double.
