Kahle Burns open-shoved on the button into the two shorter stacks of Fedor Holz and Manig Loeser. The former called for his last 234,000 while Loeser folded.

The roller coaster run out of ensured a split pot after both players were in front at some point during the hand.
Right after, Jan-Eric Schwippert raised to 30,000 and Michael Lim called. Holz moved all in and forced two folds.
Jan-Eric Schwippert lost some chips to Mustapha Kanit before taking down a nice pot without showdown that left Manig Loeser short.
Loeser opened to 26,000 for the second time in a row and after raking in the blinds, he picked up three callers the next time with Schwippert on the button, Michael Lim in the small blind and Kahle Burns in the big blind. On the flop the action checked to Loeser, who bet 46,000 with 165,000 behind. Schwippert and Lim called, Burns folded.
On the turn, action checked around to Schwippert and his bet worth 80,000 forced two folds.
With 22 minutes left in late registration, the table has an extra player with Fedor Holz opting to fire a third bullet in this year's Aussie Millions $100,000 Challenge.
Michael Lim raised to 28,000 on the button and Kahle Burns called in the small blind.
The flop came and Burns check-called a bet of 28,000. The turn was checked by both players and the river was the . Burns checked for a third time and Lim bet 114,000. Burns thought before calling, but tapped the table when Lim turned over for trip aces.
A raise by Mustapha Kanit on the button was called by Jan-Eric Schwippert in the small blind and Kanit emptied the clip by firing three barrels on the board of . Schwippert check-called for 105,000 on the turn and reluctantly did so for 230,000 on the river to see Kanit flash his cards without being able to beat the for top pair by Schwippert.
On a flop of , Kahle Burns check-raised a bet of 18,000 by Jan-Eric Schwippert to 54,000 and the German called to see the turn. Both players checked and did so again on the river to see Burns rake in the pot with for aces and fives.
Schwippert then raised to 26,000 and Burns three-bet out of the small blind to 104,000 in order to force a fold.
Schwippert's next raise to 26,000 saw Michael Lim call in the cutoff and Burns three-bet the button to 102,000, claiming the pot uncontested.
Burns got to taste some of his own medicine against Mustapha Kanit when the latter check-raised the flop from 36,000 to 118,000 and let go before Burns raised to 27,000 and was called by Schwippert in the big blind. Both players checked the flop and a bet of 51,000 on the turn to claim the next pot.
Kahle Burns won the first hand of the day when his raise to 27,000 won the blinds and antes.
In the next hand, Mustapha Kanit opened to 27,000 on the button and Jan-Eric Schwippert three-bet to 121,000 in the small blind. Kanit called and both checked and Schwippert then bet the turn for 90,000. Kanit let go and both players were separated by just two big blinds after the hand.
Jack Salter has been spotted roaming around in the tournament area and David Steicke is also supposed to join, though neither of them have taken a seat just yet while the cards just got underway. Registration remains open for the next hour until the start of level 11.
