Torres Chips Back Up
Level 26
: Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Junnie Pamplona lost some chips to Jimmy Torres and then raised to 110,000 for Eric Tsai to defend the big blind. On a K♠4♦2♣ flop, both players checked and Tsai bet the Q♦ turn for 150,000, earning a call from Pamplona.
Tsai also bet the 5♦ river for 325,000 and Pamplona folded. "Queen ten?" the Taiwanese asked but received no answer.
Jimmy Torres then opened to 100,000 on the button and Chao-Ting Cheng defended the big blind. The J♣7♦2♠ flop was checked by Cheng and he called for 80,000 when Torres continued.
After the A♥ turn, Cheng checked again and Torres' bet of 120,000 won the pot uncontested. "Good turn for you," Cheng said with a smile on the face.
