Hideki Izutsu Eliminated in 9th Place (₩17,736,000/$15,608)

In the last hand of the previous level, Yake Wu pushed from under the gun for 1,065,000 and Michael Soyza in the small blind asked for a count, then folded. Hideki Izutsu reluctantly called in the big blind and they were off to the races.

Wu instantly flopped a set on the board and secured the double on the turn, leaving Izutsu with 75,000. The blinds went up right after and Jun Obara shoved from late position, Izutsu called all in from the small blind.

Izutsu flopped best on , but the turn gave Obara the lead. No miracle ace appeared on the river, instead it was a blank , and that sent Izutsu to the rail in 9th place for ₩17,736,000 ($15,608).
