Stojanovski Gets Some Back

Level 27 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Peco Stojanovski has just taken back some of the chips he lost to Steven Zhou.

The button was on Zhou and he opened it up to 150,000. Stojanovski three-bet to 300,000 from the small blind and Zhou called.

The two players then played it down to the river of a {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{5-Spades}{9-Hearts} board, with Stojanovski leading for 100,000 on the flop, 150,000 on the turn and 150,000 on the river. Zhou flat-called every street.

At showdown, Stojanovski tabled {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} and scooped up the pot.

Zhou Sets Up A Double

Level 27 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Peco Stojanovski three-bet a couple of hands preflop against Steven Zhou and the bets got through, but when he tried it for a third time, Zhou fought back to land a big double up.

Zhou opened to 150,000 and Stojanovski made it 400,000. Zhou quickly moved all in but Stojanovski instantly called!

Zhou: {3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}
Stojanovski: {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}

The board would run out {3-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and despite hitting his ace on the turn, it wasn’t enough, as Zhou flopped a set to double through to around 2.3 million.

Peco Falling as Redhouse Ruling

Level 27 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Peco Stojanovsku had the button when he opened it up to 100,000. Josh Redhouse three-bet to 250,000 from the small blind and Stojanovski called.

On the {5-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{j-Hearts} flop, Redhouse led for 280,000 and Stojanovski called.

The {8-Hearts} turn would see Redhouse shove his big stack in, with Stojanovski having 2.7 million behind.

Stojanovski was flummoxed.

Eventually he folded {j-}{9-Hearts} face up - top pair and a straight flush draw.

Redhouse tabled his {k-}{k-} as he continues to increase his lead.

Zhou Loses Some to Peco

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 5,000 ante

Peco Stojanovski had the button when he opened it up to 125,000. Steven Zhou called from the big blind.

The {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} flop would see Zhou check-call a bet of 125,000 and he then check-called a bet of 275,000 on the {8-Clubs} turn.

The river was an {a-Spades} and this time when Zhou checked, Stojanovski bet 500,000.

Zhou tank-called and Stojanovski showed {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} - enough to send Zhou's cards into the muck.

"When you were tanking I thought you were going to shove," said Stojanovic as he is once again the chip leader.
