It's still going very slow here at the 2012 ANZPT Sydney Main Event. There hasn't been any big hands since the break almost an hour ago. Gordon Huntly has slowly chipped away at the table, taking the chip lead without playing a big pot. Its not the same story for Stewart Ballard as his once large stack has faltered of late. Liam O'Rourke is still going strong, while Anthony Aston is very healthy.

Ballard made the call and the was dealt on the turn. This time when Ballard checked, Aston bet out 375,000. It was too much for Ballard as he sent his cards flying into the muck.

The last five hands have seen no flops dealt. During that time, Liam O'Rourke took down the blinds and antes twice and Gordon Huntly took them down twice. Play has really slowed down here since the clock ticked past midnight.
Gordon Huntly has been chipping away for the last few hands. First he took a nice little pot off O'Rourke when he hit trips on the river. He then three-bet preflop holding when Stewart Ballard put in an open. The whole table got out of the way and Huntly took down another pot to move toward 3,000,000 in chips.

When it was folded to Anthony Aston in the small blind he would raise it up to 150,000. The player in the big blind was Liam O'Rourke and he would three-bet to 335,000. Aston then shoved all in and O'Rourke instantly folded to send the pot to Aston.
