Who Will Reach the Final Table of the 2019 888poker LIVE Bucharest Main Event?
After four starting days at the five-star Intercontinental Bucharest, the €888 Main Event of the 2019 888poker LIVE Bucharest Festival in cooperation with Pokerfest Romania has surpassed the guaranteed prize pool of €300,000 thanks to 505 total entries, and 160 players will return to the ballroom on the first floor to try and get one step closer to the trophy and 2019 WSOP Main Event package worth $12,600 courtesy of WSOP sponsor 888poker.
Marian Virlanuta, who topped the first starting day, remains in pole position with 284,500, followed by UK's Stuart Sewell (262,500) and Day 1c chip leader Vasile Rablou (257,000). Other big stacks belong to Ran Shahar (219,200), Day 1b chip leader Aldo Monteleone (206,000), Eugen Chiva (199,000), 888poker ambassador Sofia Lovgren (192,700), Bogdan Berinde (183,100), Sergiu Cornea (162,400), Mihai Niste (127,500), and Dany Parlafes (120,500). Natalia Drytchak, who won the 888poker LIVE London Ladies Event and earned her package for Bucharest that way, also advanced with an above-average stack of 124,100.

Two further 888poker ambassadors made it to Day 2, as Chris Moorman (57,000 and Martin Jacobson (16,900) spent most of the turbo heat 1d on the same table. They will share the same starting table for Day 2 as well and Jacobson will need a quick double with just seven big blinds at 1,000/2,500 with a 2,500 big blind ante. Once the cards are back in the air, the prize pool information will be released and all players receive four fresh 30-second time banks.
The action recommences at 1 p.m. local time and the blind levels remain at 40 minutes each until the final table has been reached. Between 12 and 14 levels are likely to be played on the penultimate tournament day and the live stream with 30 minutes delay and hole cards displayed will kick off on the 888poker Twitch channel after the first break of the day. As of 8 p.m. local time, Day 1 of the €1,700 High Roller is scheduled to kick off and the defending champion of that event is 888poker ambassador Ana Marquez.
