Not All Rebuys Are Created Equally

Rebuy tournaments are great fun because you can afford to play much looser than usual with there being an option to rebuy your chips should you dust them off during the rebuy period. This tournament format also tends to create larger prize pools than a traditional tournament because players are continually rebuying and adding to their stacks.

The Phoenix Rebuy tournaments at GGPoker have three different rebuy options. The first is a single rebuy that you can make before late registration opens. You can also make a double rebuy that awards you with three-times your initial starting stack. Make this once late registration closes but before the rebuy period ends.

The third option is a double-buy add-on that grants you six-times the initial starting stack!

This trio of rebuy options means you’re never you of contention during the earlier stages of the tournament.

Phoenix Rebuys run twice daily at GGPoker. There’s a $1 buy-in at midday with $300 guaranteed and a $0.20 buy-in with $100 guaranteed at 3:00 p.m. You tend to find the $0.20 edition has a prize pool in the region of $250 with the $1 affair seeing you play for a share of between $450 and $500.
