WSOP Paradise Main Event Bracelet

While the poker world awaits the latest winner of the 2024 WSOP Main Event, one person will be getting their hands on a bracelet thanks to an online auction.

Last year, Stanislav Zegal took down the WSOP Paradise Main Event for $2,000,000 and a custom-made Jostens bracelet.

Now, Zegal is auctioning off his bracelet and told PokerNews he plans to donate 100% of the proceeds to charity.

The auction is currently live on eBay with a starting price of $17,500. According to the description, Zegal will donate 100% of the proceeds to the charity GiveDirectly.

GiveDirectly allows donors to send money directly to impoverished people with no strings attached.

"We believe people living in poverty deserve the dignity to choose for themselves how best to improve their lives - cash enables that choice," it states on its website. "Cash is the most rigorously researched anti-poverty intervention, with proven positive impacts on a wide range of outcomes across income, education, health, entrepreneurship, women's empowerment, and more"

Bidding on the item ends on Tuesday, July 9 at 6pm (PT).

About the WSOP Paradise Main Event Bracelet

According to the WSOP, the inaugural WSOP Paradise Main Event bracelet was hand-crafted by Jostens with an "island spin" on the iconic WSOP Main Event bracelet.

The bracelet was made from 10-karat yellow gold and weighs 95 grams. It is adorned with 494 genuine blue topaz round stones.

"Our first Main Event bracelet for WSOP Paradise puts a fun spin on the trophy’s legacy,” World Series of Poker Vice President Gregory Chochon said at the time. “This is the World Series of Poker; we’re global and need a proper World Championship trophy to represent the newest home we’ve added to the series. Jostens again delivered on that vision, and we can’t wait to see who takes home the first-ever WSOP Paradise Main Event bracelet.”

That person was Stanislav Zegal, and now the next owner could be you!

Other Bracelets Up for Sale

This isn't the first time a piece of WSOP history has been auctioned.

Peter Eastgate's bracelet from the 2008 WSOP Main Event was eventually bought for $147,500 in 2010 after an online auction.

Venezuela’s Joseph Di Rosa Rojas's 2017 Marathon bracelet went up for sale the following year with 2023 WSOP bracelet winner Paul Berger auctioning off his earlier this year to help the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
