Of course for your hand to qualify for the bad beat jackpot, certain criteria needs to be fufilled:
- Hand must go to showdown.
- Both the winner and the loser must use both hole cards (two hole cards for PLO/PLO-5) to make the best 5 card hand combination.
- Pocket pairs are required for winner/loser’s four of a kinds.
In situations where players choose to run a hand out multiple times, only the first run out counts towards the jackpot. If you leave the table or get disconnected, you'll still be the recipient of the reward as long as the jackpot conditions have been hit.
