"LittleRussia" Wins Biggest POWERFEST Payout So Far; "Fedor_Holz" Fourth

Fedor "Fedor_Holz" Holz finished fourth in the biggest POWERFEST so far winning just under $100,000

The second weekend of the partypoker POWERFEST was a huge success with millions of dollars distributed in prize pools including the biggest prize pool of the festival so far.

There were also strong performances from partypoker Team Pros who finished both first and second in one event as a familiar face from the online felt returned.

A whopping $1.3m prize pool was achieved in Event #70-SHR, with 308 players each entering for $5,200. A total of 40 places were paid with a min-cash worth $10,410.77.

While the likes of Joni "JJouhki" Jouhkimainen and Roberto "R_Romanello" Romanello missed out, Sam Trickett (38th - $10,471.77) just snuck into the money, with fellow team pro Jason Koon (11th - $20,809.29) just missing out on the final table.

In the end it was "LittleRussia" who took down over $260,000 in prize money, beating "PunchlineEnBata" heads-up. Also at the final table was "Fedor_Holz" who finished fourth for $98,676.32.

It was a one-two finish for partypoker Team Pros Anatoly "NL_Profit" Filatov and Renato Nomura as they topped a field of 328 players in Event #73-HR. The Progressive Knockout tournament is always a popular one, with fellow team pro Jeff Gross (25th - $697+$131.25) and Patrick Leonard (48th - $533+$196.87) also cashing.

But there could only be one winner, with Filatov finally defeating Nomura heads-up to earn himself the coveted POWERFEST title.

A familiar name topped the charts in Event #75-HR with "Junglemandan" adding a second partypoker POWERFEST title in five days after they won partypoker POWERFEST Event #27-HR less than a week ago.

"Junglemandan" adds $62,976.50 to the $13,000 they won for winning that event, defeating "Razorblade Nick" heads-up.
