Full WPT Montreal Schedule and Promotions Released
The World Poker Tour (WPT) and partypoker LIVE recently announced a new partnership between the two companies that will see them collaborate in poker events held in Canada and Europe. The first time we will get to see this new partnership in action will be in late October when the WPT Montreal festival takes place at the Playground Poker Club.
For the first time ever, all of the WPT’s flagship tournaments will be taking place at the same festival. This means players from around the world will be able to play in the WPT 500, a Main Tour Main Event, WPTDeepStacks, High Roller and Ladies event under the same roof during the 10-day festival.

The WPT 500 is a CAD$550 buy-in event with seven starting flights, 10 if you include the three taking place online at partypoker, that features a CAD$1 million guaranteed prize pool. Other events that feature a CAD$1 million guarantee are the CAD$1,650 buy-in WPTDeepStacks and the CAD$10,300 High Roller.
A whopping CAD$5 million is guaranteed in the CAD$5,300 buy-in WPT Montreal Main Event. This tournament is scheduled to shuffle up and deal with the first of two starting flights on Oct. 29 with it crowning its champion on Nov. 4.
WPT Montreal PP Live Dollars Promotions
The team at partypoker LIVE has created three special promotions for WPT Montreal that will see three partypoker players win year-long sponsorship deals worth a combined $200,000.
Win the WPT 500 after using PP Live Dollars to buy into the event and partypoker LIVE will award you a $50,000 sponsorship package to use in any partypoker LIVE event over the next 12 months. This promotion is only open to the first 200 players who buy into WPT 500 with PP Live Dollars.
