The Rattlesnake Open at Global Poker continues to be a success in its third week, drawing fields that have exceeded all guarantees thus far. The best part is, the biggest event is still to come this Sunday, May 20.

Rattlesnake Open Main Event

The SC$218 buy-in Rattlesnake Open Main Event at 5:30 p.m. ET Sunday comes with the same price tag as their flagship Sunday Scrimmage, but the guarantee is bigger than any to strike the site at a whopping $100,000.

A deeper-stacked structure than most of the events, players in the High Main Event will start off with 10,000 chips and see blinds go up every 15 minutes during the first hour while registration remains open, followed by 12-minute blinds the rest of the tournament.

Players hoping to get in for a discount are in luck as there are plenty of satellites left throughout the weekend, starting at just $0.55. The best chance to get into the big one on a discount is the $33 Main Event Mega Satellite kicking off at 4:20 p.m. ET Sunday and guaranteeing 20 seats.

In addition to the $100K guaranteed Main Event, there are plenty of opportunities to get warmed up with two smaller Main Events also on Sunday. Rattlesnake 26-L has a $15,000 guarantee for a $22 buy-in while the $110 Medium Main Event carries a $40,000 guarantee. These get started at 3 p.m. ET and 4:15 p.m. ET, respectively.

Rattlesnake Open Leaderboard

With 15 more Sweeps Cash Championship Events to go, consisting of five events each with a low, medium and high tier, "BUYMEDINNER" is at the top of the Rattlesnake Open Series Leaderboard, looking to win a whole bunch of free dinners. The race is tight and coming down to the wire as you can see from the current top ten list.
