Global Poker Madness Offers SC$200,000 Guaranteed Main Event on April 1
It’s official: Global Poker is going mad in March, and they’re celebrating by launching a Global Poker Madness competition with a SC$540 Main Event that boasts a SC$200,000 guarantee.
The April 1st event is no April Fool’s joke — they’re actually putting up a guarantee that is not one, not two, not three, but FOUR times larger than any tournament Global Poker has offered. Ever.
The buy-in for the tournament they are calling “The Nuts” is a bit higher than normal for the site, but fear not. There will be plenty of ways to satellite in on the cheap, starting at just SC$1.50.

Mild and Moderate Satellites will kick off Sunday, March 4 and Extreme Satellites will run weekly on Saturdays at 4:20 p.m. EST starting March 10. These ones guarantee ten seats, with the final version on March 31 to award at least 20 seats into the $540 Main Event.
