The British grinder was joined at the partypoker virtual felt by several of his teammates, including Roberto “WelshWizard” Romanello, who fell in 34th place, just outside of the money.

Each of the eight players at the final table secured at least $23,460 for their efforts, with the final three players banking six-figure scores.

”blakjak19” collected $107,640 for his third-place finish with “SchelampigaUhu” walking away with $150,960 for being the runner-up. Leonard picked up the $207,978 top prize.

The PokerStars Sunday High Roller was won by Sergi “srxakgirona” Reixach this week after he outlasted a field of 165 in the $2,100 buy-in tournament.

This event always attracts the best players in the business so it was no surprise to see a star-studded final table with the likes of “girafganger7”, Simon “C. Darwin2” Mattsson, Sami “Lrslzk” Kelopuro and Johannes “Greenstone25” Korsar at it.

Jonathan “OMGjonyctt” Concepcion finished in third place for $38,593 with “Garrin4e” falling in second place for $50,638. That last exit meant Reixach was the last player standing and his reward was $66,441.

Latvia’s “LV_Arturs” leads the way with 7,861,717 chips, followed by “ViDss” of Brazil sitting on 7,798,090.

Play resumes at 7:00 p.m. GMT on Feb. 5.
