Also on the final table in this tournament included AJ "TheRounder89" Ten Hoeve finishing in fifth place for $3,000 and Jamie "mooseman1710" Reyes snagging seventh place for $1,900.
Douglas "Badwis" Weider also had a very good reason to celebrate on Sunday after becoming Sunday's other five-digit winner in the Garden State with a victory in the PokerStars NJ Sunday Special, $50,000 Gtd for $10,225. Just missing out on the top prize in this tournament was Angel "Chr0meKing" Lopez, who won the second place prize of $7,500.
Also on PokerStars NJ, Daniel "AvaGray" Lupo took down the Sunday High Roller [Six-Max], $15,000 Gtd for $7,332.
Meanwhile, Craig "Ruby_" Rubinstein was the big winner on partypoker NJ/BorgataPoker.com by taking down the Sunday $40K gtd for $9,400. Other well-known players on the final table in this tournament included Matthew "BoozeHound" Iles (fourth - $3,760), Joseph "joey1way" Fortuna (seventh - $2,209) and Michael "JohnnyDrama" Haberman Jr. (eighth - $1,739).
Other players to notch wins in tournaments with at least a $10,000 guaranteed prize pool on Sunday included Justin "L0ck1tUp" Wong (Nightly Stars $100, $12,000 Gtd - $2,395), Hung "nowitsover" Truong (Daily $10K - $2,134), Jeremy "Jermz" Danger (Sunday Seconds $10K Gtd - $3,567) and Steven "RiVerSpiKer" Edwards ($10,000 Warriors’ Opening Strike - $3,501).
