Schedule Announced for EPT10 Prague Poker Festival in December
The European Poker Tour recently released its schedule for the 2013 Season 10 EPT Prague Poker Festival. The upcoming series is set to take place at the Hilton Prague Hotel from Dec. 8 through Dec. 18.
The festival will feature 11 days of action including a seven-day, €5,300 Main Event. The EPT has also partnered with the regional Eureka Poker Tour for the second time, meaning there will be a €1,100 Eureka Main Event along with 47 other tournaments and a variety of cash games of all disciplines. Other events on the schedule include a €5,300 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship, a €2,200 High Roller, a €10,300 EPT High Roller, and a €2,200 Open Face Chinese tournament with unlimited re-entries.
Last season, the EPT Prague Main Event attracted 864 players and was won by Sweden’s Ramzi Jelassi for a top prize of €835,000.
Satellites for EPT Prague and Eureka Prague have already started. More than 20 tournament qualifiers for EPT Prague are taking place every week for as little as €1.10 or 500 FPPs. Last year, almost 400 players won their seats to the Eureka and EPT Main Events online with PokerStars.
After Prague, the EPT will head to the Bahamas for the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure, followed by stops in Deauville, Berlin, and Sanremo, before concluding its tour in Monte-Carlo for the EPT Grand Final. PokerNews will be providing live updates from each of those stops, so keep your browsers locked right here for continuing coverage of the European Poker Tour.
