Black Friday

According to three separate Stipulation and Orders filed on Feb. 8, 2012, PokerStars, Absolute Poker, and Full Tilt Poker “shall have until March 19, 2012, to answer or otherwise respond to the Amended Complaint.”

The companies were originally supposed to respond to the amended Black Friday indictment by Nov. 30, but numerous extensions have been granted as warranted by certain developments. As the latest Stipulation and Order for Full Tilt Poker states:

“WHEREAS, Full Tilt is in settlement discussions with the United States and has requested additional time to answer or otherwise respond to the Amended Complaint.”
