SCOOP Day 5: Brent "Astrolux85" Roberts and "nikov" Capture SCOOP Titles
It was business as usual on Day 5 of the 2010 Spring Championship of Online Poker at PokerStars, going well into Friday before crowning its last champion. Event #12, a $2,600 knockout affair, was won by "nikov" just before noon on the East Coast. Taking down the nearly 19-hour tournament earned nikov $160,428.40.
Also emerging with a SCOOP victory was Brent "Astrolux85" Roberts. He took down the pot-limit Omaha heads-up high tournament for $87,960, adding a SCOOP victory to his résumé along with his WCOOP win.
