Volk Gets a Fold From Campbell

Paul Campbell raised to 225,000 under the gun and got calls from Michael Volk in the cutoff and Anthony Carbone in the big blind.

The flop came and after Carbone checked, Campbell bet 200,000. Both opponents called to see the on the turn.

Action was checked to Volk who moved all in for 1,775,000.

Carbone quickly folded, but Campbell gave it some thought before eventually folding and sending the big pot to Volk, who showed for bottom pair and a flush draw.

Bowers Back over Five Million

Donald Mullen raised to 185,000 in middle position and was three-bet to 540,000 by Derek Bowers in the hijack.

Action folded back to Mullen who called to see the flop.

He then check-called a bet of 300,000 from Bowers and saw the fall on the turn.

The players both checked, then on the river, Mullen checked again.

This time Bowers cut out a bet of 1,000,000.

Mullen counted his remaining stack, with the bet representing about half of what he had.

Ultimately he folded to send the pot to Bowers, who is back over 5,000,000 chips.

Ezzie Sends Campbell Deep Into the Tank

After Paul Campbell raised to 160,000 in the cutoff, Raymond Ezzie moved all in from the small blind for 1,440,000.

This sent Campbell very deep into the tank, as for over five minutes, he bemoaned his decision, counting his chips, rechecking his cards, and looking pained about the situation.

Finally, he begrudgingly pushed his cards to the dealer to send the pot to Ezzie.

After what began as a quite jovial final table, things have gotten very serious, with each decision being well thought through as the biggest money draws near in the twelfth hour of the day..

Bowers got a count and took a couple of minutes with his decision before folding to send a healthy pot to Mullen on his right.
