Chip Leaders Collide!

David Bach opened with a raise from middle position before Lee Nelson re-potted from the big blind. Bach made the call.

They saw a heads-up flop of {5-Clubs}

and Nelson checked to Bach who deliberated for a long time before declaring "pot" and sliding nearly 100,000 into the middle -- enough to put Nelson to a decision for his tournament.

In a massive clash of the two chip leaders at the table, the make or break decision sent Nelson into the tank for several minutes.

Eric Assadourian breaks the silence from the rail with a cry of "Talk him Lee! Get some information!"

Nelson giggled and turn to Bach and quipped "How you doing?" Bach remained motionless.

After another minute or two of thought Nelson declared "Call!"

Bach:

It was a great call by Nelson and when the turn brought the {4-Hearts}

and river the {K-Diamonds}

he'd doubled through to take a huge chip lead, much to the disappointment of the rest of the table.

It's Snowing Once Again

Nathan Snow has doubled up and once again it is at the expense of Lee Nelson.

All the chips were in preflop with Snow's {J-Hearts}

up against Nelson's similar but inferior {9-Clubs}

.

In the words of Julian Powell "He's got him crushed!"

The board ran out {8-Diamonds}

and Snow holds to collect the double up. He's back up to 80,000 and in contention once more as Nelson falls to 125,000.

giving Snow the flush draw, however Bach matched his draw when the {8-Spades}

fell on the turn to give him four spades. However the river bricked the {J-Clubs}

After being down to his last 18,500 after a clash with chip leader David Bach, Kenny Ng moved all in from under the gun on the very next hand. With Ng yelling for four people to call, the action folded around to Nino Ascenzio in the big blind, who tossed out the additional calling chips.
