Ruslan Dykshteyn Wins $185,000 In $570 Event at Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown

Ruslan Dykshteyn emerged victorious in the $570 No-Limit Hold'em Deep Stack Reentry at the 2016 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Showdown, topping a field of 2,923 entries to take home $184,705.

Dykshteyn was part of a four-handed deal that involved Robert Mizrachi ($174,700), Casey Kaplan ($134,700), and Darren Rabinowitz ($124,700).

For Dykshteyn, the score became the second largest of his live poker career. His best was a $202,335 result from early 2014 when he won the World Series of Poker Circuit Palm Beach Kennel Club Main Event, beating out a field of 658 entries. All told, Dykshteyn has nearly $800,000 in live tournament earnings.

En route to locking up the top score, Dykshteyn busted Jonathan Ruiz in ninth place, Jose Beznos in seventh place, Joel Dickerson in sixth place, and Safiya Umerova in fifth.

For Mizrachi, a player who is no stranger to success on the felt, he moved to just shy of $5.7 million in live tournament earnings, and the $174,700 score was the first major one in about nine months.
