Microgaming Omaha Series

The Microgaming Poker Network (MPN) has combined the themes of Halloween and Omaha together to present a fun tournament series creatively named "Four Card Fright."

The upcoming online poker festival features 14 tournaments with a combined €12,000 in guaranteed prizes. Most of the tournaments are suitable for lower limit players with buy-ins ranging from €1.10 to €5.50.

However, the Four Card Fright Finale, taking place on Nov. 1 at 19:30 GMT, is sure to attract some mid and higher stakes players with a €50 buy-in and a €5,000 guaranteed prize pool. Players will also have a chance to play in the event absolutely free given the network is awarding a free satellite ticket valued at €5.50 to any player that plays just one real-money poker hand.

While the guarantees are not big on most of the tournaments, this online poker festival does give lower limit players a chance to test their Omaha skills against mostly recreational opponents.

Most of the tournaments on the schedule are in pot-limit Omaha format, with the exception of three tournaments that feature the PLO high-low poker variant.

In addition to the fun tournaments on the schedule, MPN is also giving players more value in Omaha sit-and-go's. While Four Card Fright is taking place, the network is adding money to the prize pool in its PLO and PLO8 sit-and-go's that have a buy-in between €1 to €20.

You can play in this tournament festival on any poker client on MPN; however, if you don't already have an account or wish to reward yourself with added value, we recommend that you consider playing on Betway Poker due to the huge welcome package on tap. Simply sign-up to Betway Poker through our links to receive a generous 200 percent first deposit bonus up to €750.
