Michael is a very popular local player, who has received fantastic support from friends and family that have gathered on the rail during this final table. After his victory leap, Michael celebrated with hugs all around, showing genuine emotion at what he had just achieved.

Pedley announces all in from the button in the very first hand of heads up play, jokingly pointing out that he still has chips left if he loses. Amazingly Wang makes a great call as the cards are flipped and the crowd on the rail is buzzing with excitement at the sudden action!

Wang folds from the button and Karambis raises it to 45,000 from the small blind. Pedley protects his cards, cuts down his chips and goes into the tank before announcing that he is all in. Karambis makes a quick call and the crowd watches in amazement as the cards are tabled:
