Gambini Gets No Action; Lots of Shoves

Level 33 : Blinds 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

A few hands earlier, Guillaume Nolet and Marco Gambini got all their chips in the middle but both players showed ace-jack and split the pot.

Gambini then raised to 650,000 in the hijack and the rest of the table folded. "Come on, guys," Gambini said as he flashed AA.

Action then folded to Gambini and Gabi Livshitz mucked before Gambini acted. The rest of the table asked Gambini to move his cards ahead of his chips, and Gambini obliged and pushed his massive stack backward. Virgile Turchi then moved all in on the button and both Robbie Bull and Remy Murcia folded.

The next hand, Murcia pushed all in from the small blind and Nolet gave up his big blind.

Federico Macori
Federico Macori

Gabi Livshitz made a bold move by pushing all in from middle position, prompting Federico Macori in the big blind, who had few chips remaining, to make the call.

Federico Macori: 79All in
Gabi Livshitz: AK

Livshitz held a commanding lead with a very strong hand and the 7QAQ10 board only solidified that advantage.

With Macori's elimination in ninth place, the remaining eight players continued battling it out, aiming to narrow down to the final six to end the day.

Robbie Bull initiated the action from under the gun with a hefty opening raise to 500,000 chips. However, Marco Gambini had other plans, swiftly going all in for more than 20,000,000 chips. Virgile Turchi, seated in the big blind, wasted no time in calling, prompting Bull to fold.

Marco Gambini: 77

This time, Gambini's luck didn't come through as the aces held strong on the 104K36 board. Turchi secured a nice double-up, reasserting his presence in the mix.

Remy Murcia raised to 500,000 under the gun and Marco Gambini called in the big blind.

The flop came K9J and Murcia bet 500,000. Gambini called and the Q fell on the turn.

Murcia bet another 900,000 and Gambini again called. The river was the Q and Gambini led out this time for 1,000,000.

Murcia snap-called and Gambini clapped his hands together as he showed Q9 for a rivered full house. Murcia mucked K10 for a beaten straight as Gambini extended his lead.
