Van Zadelhoff Wins a Small One

Before the blinds went up, Steven van Zadelhoff opened to 300 from under the gun and was called by Mark Zajdner in the cutoff as well as a player on the button. "Let me guess, you're gonna mow me down," said van Zadelhoff to Zajdner prior to the flop being dealt.

Despite his previous statement, van Zadelhoff did lead out for 300 on the flop. Zajdner called while the button folded to send the two players heads-up to the turn.

Action checked through the turn to the river where van Zadelhoff sized up a bet to 1,500. "That's all you," remarked Zajdner as he tossed his hand into the muck to send a small pot the Dutchman's way.
