Leonardo Patacconi Bags Top Stack After Day 1b of Wynn Fall Classic $3,500 NLH Championship
The highly-anticipated Wynn Fall Classic $3,500 Championship continued on Saturday with the second of three starting flights. Day 1b attracted 554 runners, which along with 1a’s 341 brought the current field up to 895 entries with Sunday’s Day 1c still to go.
After 15 levels of play, 101 players remained with Italian Leonardo Patacconi (500,000) leading the pack.
Ryan Remington (445,000), closed out the night strong after winning a late race while Michael Rossitto, Alfred Husary, Patrick Eskandar all bagged the same amount (443,000).
They were joined by players like Nikolaos Platis (442,000), Ali Imsirovic (403,000), Ian O'Hara (390,000), Joao Paulo Simao, (221,000), Adrian Mateos (121,000), 2020 WSOP Main Event champ Damian Salas (115,000), and Alex Foxen (97,000).
Among those to fall on Day 1b were Tony Miles, Nadya Magnus, Jamie Kerstetter, two-time bracelet winners Daniel Lazrus, and Eric Baldwin. More notables who were eliminated included Brock Wilson and three-time WSOP Bracelet winner Tony Dunst.
