Justin Young Eliminated in 22nd Place ($22,668)

Level 22 : 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Justin Young
Justin Young

Justin Young got his stack of 325,000 all in preflop against Ryan Tosoc, who was only sitting with 340,000.

Justin Young: {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Ryan Tosoc: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

Young was in a bad spot but it looked as if he was going to get lucky when the {a-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{j-Clubs} flop gave him two pair. Unfortunately for him, his lead was shortlived as the dealer burned and turned the {k-Spades} to hit Tosoc. The {4-Hearts} river was of no consequence and Young took his leave in 22nd place.

Salters Soars Into the Chip Lead

Level 22 : 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

We caught the action on a board of {3-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}.

Louis Salter had just put out a pot-sized bet of 750,000, which sent Ryan Tosoc into the tank. After asking the dealer to spread the pot Tosoc tossed in a calling chip and quickly mucked his cards after Salter tabled {7-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for two pair, which sent the sizable pot his way.

Peter Nigh

Louis Salter raised under the gun and Peter Nigh called out of the small blind. On the {k-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{7-} flop, Nigh checked and Salter continued for 50,000. Nigh check-raised all in for around 300,000 and Salter snap-called.

Peter Nigh: {a-}{a-}
Louis Salter: {7-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

Salter had flopped trips to crack the aces of Nigh, and the latter bowed out in 23rd place after both the turn and river bricked.

Ben Farrell: {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}

Justin Bonomo was sitting with 700,000 and Adam Hendrix barely had him covered with 715,000 when the two of them got it all in preflop.

Adam Hendrix: {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Justin Bonomo: {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

The {4-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop was gin for Hendrix and he held through the {5-Hearts} turn and {8-Hearts} river. The stacks were broke down to double verify and then Bonomo headed to the payout desk in 25th place.

Gary Beller: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Ron West: {5-Hearts}{5-Spades}

The {9-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} flop gave Beller a flush draw and he hit it on the {5-Clubs} turn, which also gave West a set. West was looking to pair the board on the river but that didn't happen as the {a-Spades} peeled off to send him out the door in 27th place.
