Nikolay Evdakov has been eliminated by Saar Wilf. Both players hit top pair on the flop but the rest of the chips went in on the turn with the board reading . Evdakov tabled but was drawing dead to Wilf's .

Daniel Negreanu has dispatched the dangerous Finn Juha Helppi. It was raise, three-bet, four-bet and call all-in type thing pre-flop. Helppi called all-in with ace-king and was racing Negreanu's pocket jacks. The board bricked and Negreanu is through to face Chance Kornuth tomorrow.
Meanwhile Amit Makhija has been doing a fine job of whittling down the stack of Melanie Weisner. We caught him betting out 2,800 on the turn of board and Weisner called, but he fired out another 5,600 on the river and this time she gave it up.
Weisner down to 30,000.
We're not sure of the exact circumstances, but we can confirm that 2010 WSOP Tournament of Champions winner Huck Seed IS through to Round 3 while his opponent Joel Nordqvist is NOT. See you tomorrow, Mr. Seed!
She did this by exiting with a standard-looking race and a short stack to Amit Makhija. Looking to get more than a toe-hold back in the match, all in with , Makhija's held as the board came all low with a Jack river: to send her to the rail. There seemed no hard feelings as the players immediately started chatting in that, "What did you have that time when..." sort of way.
One of the TD's said to me "This one wont last long" pointing at the Max Steinburg, Gus Hansen match. It looked like might've been right too as moments later Hansen had Steinberg all-in for his last 19,500 chips. How wrong he was though!
Hansen tabled to Steinberg's and the board ran . Steinberg made flush to double to 39,000.
A deep sigh from Table Kassela as its namesake found himself busted.
The flop read when Justin Adams bet 11,000 from the button. Kassela went all in, Adams called quickly, and they were on their backs.
Adams: for top pair
Kassela: for a gutshot

Almost all our matches have concluded now, but the few remaining hangers-on are going to take 20 minutes to refocus. Blinds will be 1,000/2,000 when they return.
We've dropped rapidly in the last two levels - here are two of the three matches still in progress upstairs:
Yevgeniy Timoshenko (83,000) vs. Will Failla (37,000)
Mike Matusow (65,000) vs. Ilari Sahamies (55,000)
Chris Moorman and Neil Channing both dispatched of their opponent's just before the break to set up an all England affair tomorrow.
Moorman took out Ben Cherif after coming from a dominated position. All the chips went in pre-flop with Moorman's coming out best on a board versus the short stack Cherif's .
Moments later Channing and Marcello Marigliano saw a flop where Marigliano led for 3,500 and then called all-in when Channing posed the question. Marigliano tabled and was ahead to Channing's but the river came to seal his fate.
