Top Two Pair Falls to a Better Kicker

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

With approximately 9,000 already in the pot and the board displaying J92J, Stefan Schoss took the initiative and made a bet of 2,400. Nikolay Traskevich thought it over for a moment before deciding to call.

When the Q hit the river, both players checked, and the hand moved to showdown. Schoss revealed KQ, showing top two pair with king as the kicker. However, Traskevich wasn't far behind, revealing Q10 for his own top two pair, but with a ten as his kicker.

In the end, Schoss's higher kicker secured him the pot, adding a nice boost to his chip stack.
