Fives Fall Flat, Eights Seal the Deal

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Grzegorz Tryba shoved all in from under the gun and, after a long think, got a call from Dylan Chambettaz in early position. No one else wanted to join, and the cards were revealed.

Grzegorz Tryba: 55
Dylan Chambettaz: 88

Vivian Saliba, who had been eyeing an all-in move herself, sighed in relief as the cards were revealed, commenting, "I had fours," glad she didn’t make the leap.

The board ran out 109A2K, offering no help to Tryba. Chambettaz knocked him out, claiming both the pot and the bounty.

Plum Avoids the Chop to Bust Blaiman

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Mikkel Plum
Mikkel Plum

Koby Blaiman shoved his short stack into the middle from early position and Mikkel Plum called from the big blind.

Koby Blaiman: A2 All in
Mikkel Plum: A5

Blaiman wasn't greedy as he asked the dealer for a chop rather than a deuce. However, the dealer put out a board of 98953 to give Plum the winner with two pair, nice and fives

Rosa Hits Running Cards to Triple Up

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Giuseppe Rosa shoved under the gun for around 150,000. Mariusz Golinski called on the button before Simone Andrian shoved for around 400,000 from the big blind. Golinski snap-called to put both players at risk.

Giuseppe Rosa: AQ All in
Simone Andrian : 88
Mariusz Golinski: KK

The flop of A83 did pair Rosa's ace, but Andrian had flopped a set to take a commanding lead. The Q on the turn improved Rosa to two pair meaning he could win with an ace or a queen on the river. The A came on the river to give Rosa the nuts with a boat, aces full of queens and he tripled up. Andrian cracked Golinski's kings so he would end the hand on basically the same stack he started on.

Stanciu Shines Bright, Hochheim's Diamond Dreams Crushed

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

With a sizable pot already brewing and the flop showing J84, Traian Stanciu pushed all in after a bet from David Hochheim. Hochheim quickly called, revealing KK for an overpair, while Stanciu held 87 for a pair of eights and a flush draw.

The turn delivered the 2, completing Stanciu's flush. Now it was Hochheim hoping for a diamond to improve to a higher flush, but the 4 on the river sealed his fate. Stanciu scooped the pot and collected the bounty, sending Hochheim to the rail.
