Marino Shoves the River

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Valerio Marino raised to 1,600 from the cutoff. Alberto Speranzoni called from the small blind and Max Neugebauer defended his big blind.

When it checked to Marino on the KJ10 flop, he bet 1,800 and was met by a raise to 5,500 by Speranzoni. Neugebauer folded, but Marino called.

Both players checked the 6 turn for the 3 to come on the river. Speranzoni checked and faced a shove by Marino. The bet was for Speranzoni's remaining 40,000 and after a few moments, he folded his cards.

Gleissner Scores a Knockout

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Bernd Gleissner opened to 2,000 from middle position and John Armbrust three-bet shoved for 10,300 from the big blind. Gleissner called with a covering stack to put Armbrust at risk.

John Armbrust: KJ All in
Bernd Gleissner: A10

Neither player connected with the Q7297 runout. Gleissner's ace-kicker to the pair of sevens on the board was good at showdown and he took the pot while Armbrust made his exit.

Makulik's River Surprise Eliminates Yang

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Jelmer Schuurmans started the action with a raise to 1,500 from middle position, getting called by Xiaohua Yang in the hijack and Tomas Vrablik in the cutoff. In the small blind, Mateusz Makulik decided to three-bet to 6,300. Schuurmans folded, but the other two players called.

When the flop came down 328, Makulik quickly went all in. Yang followed suit and shoved his chips in, while Vrablik opted to fold. Makulik quipped, "It was a bluff," showing K7 for king high, but Yang revealed 77 for a pair of sevens.

The turn brought the 10, leaving Makulik without improvement, and Yang was looking good for a double-up. But the river rolled in the K, giving Makulik the better pair. He let out a triumphant "Yes!" while Yang was visibly unhappy, knowing this meant his elimination. Makulik scooped the pot along with Yang's bounty.

Gore's Flush Outshines Martinsson's Straight

Level 5 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

With the pot sitting at about 33,000 and the board reading J6478, Alf Martinsson was the first to act and took his time weighing his options. After a few minutes of thought, he decided to bet around 50,000, effectively putting his opponent all in.

Sambhav Gore didn’t hesitate and quickly shoved his chips into the middle, jokingly asking, "How high are you?" while revealing 95 for a flush. Martinsson showed 85 for a turned straight but couldn’t match Gore's hand, meaning he had to forfeit the pot and miss out on the bounty.

Hochheim Takes the Pot: Schoss Sent to the Rail

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

After two players limped in, Stefan Schoss went all-in from the hijack for his last 1,400. With a bounty on the line, he attracted five callers.

The flop came down J44, and three players checked to David Hochheim, who bet 3,100. Carlo Savinelli on the button and Fabian Scherle in middle position called, while two others folded.

Everyone checked the 3 on the turn.

When the 2 hit the river, Scherle led out with a 3,200 bet, Hochheim called, and Savinelli tossed his cards into the muck, bringing it to showdown. Scherle showed J7 for two pair—jacks and fours—but Hochheim had the better kicker with J10. Schoss, all-in, could only reveal K10 and was sent to the rail, leaving Hochheim to scoop the pot and claim the bounty.
