Action checked to David on the K♣4♠3♣ flop. Only Martinsson called.
The A♥ turn checked through to the 7♣ river. Martinsson checked again and David went deep into the tank. He continued to stare down his opponent for around two minutes. David was then told it was his action, to which he apologised as he said he didn't see Martinsson check. David then moved all in as the big stack and his opponent quickly folded.
