Samuel Ju raised to 10,000 in middle position and Sam Dryden then three-bet to 37,000 on the button. Action folded back to Ju and he called to see the 6♦4♠A♥ flop.
Dryden continued for 20,000 and Ju called once more. The turn came the 3♣ and Dryden bet another 52,000.
Ju paused for a moment before giving up his hand this time.
Guillaume Ferrer moved all in for 87,500 in the small blind and Nacho Barbero called from the hijack.
Guillaume Ferrer: K♦J♦
Nacho Barbero: A♦10♦
The J♣5♣2♥ flop gave Ferrer the lead with a pair of jacks, while Barbero missed the 6♦ turn and K♠ river as Ferrer finished with two pair to double up.
Barbero was left with only around 10,000 and was eliminated a few hands later.
Oliver Huber raised to 8,000 under the gun before Marco Poccia three-bet to 25,000 in the hijack. Kiryl Audziunin stuck in his last 27,000 in the cutoff and Yulian Bogdanov called in the small blind, as did Huber and Poccia.
The three players checked the Q♠5♥4♠ flop, then Huber bet 65,000 on the 6♣ turn. Poccia and Bogdanov got out of the way.
Audziunin showed A♦K♣, but Huber had 4♣4♥ for a flopped set and sent Audziunin to the rail once the 10♠ completed the board.
Yulian Bogdanov opened to 8,000 from early position before Alexandra Botez three-bet to 25,000 from the button., The active Marco Poccia called from the small blind and Bigdanov also matched the raise.
The A♠8♥3♥ flop checked through to the 2♣ turn. Botez took down the pot after her opponents folded to her bet of 50,000.
Four players went to a flop of 2♣3♥A♣ when Luc Ramos bet 15,500 under the gun.
Julien Sitbon folded in early position, as did Cristian David in the hijack. Jacob Amsellam, though, raised to 46,000 in the small blind.
Ramos thought for a moment before moving all in for around 100,000 more, and Amsellam snap-called.
Luc Ramos: A♦K♦
Jacob Amsellam: 3♣3♦
Ramos had top pair, but Amsellam turned over a set of threes and left Ramos drawing dead following the 7♥ turn. The 7♠ river improved Amsellam to a full house as the start-of-day chip leader collected the bounty.
Viktor Blom was also part of another batch of recent eliminations.
Koray Korkmaz raised to 8,000 under the gun and Yi Zhan Peng called in middle position. Nacho Barbero then moved all in for around 65,000 in the hijack.
Guillaume Ferrer tanked for a minute before giving up his small blind, while Korkmaz also folded. Peng, though, quickly called.
Nacho Barbero: 9♠9♥
Yi Zhan Peng: Q♥10♥
Peng picked up a flush draw on the 2♥4♦6♥ flop to go with his two overcards, but Barbero dodged the 3♣ turn and 2♦ river to double up.
"I had sixes. F**k," Ferrer said as he smacked the table in frustration.
