Andrej Cintula raised to 120,000 under the gun and Andrea Radicchi defended his big blind.
The flop came J♦Q♠7♣ and Cintula continued for 100,000. Radicchi called and both players checked the 5♣ turn.
The 2♦ fell on the river and Radicchi led out for 850,000. Cintula quickly moved all in for 2,800,000 as Radicchi looked away from the table in disgust.
Radicchi stopped to take a sip of his tea and tanked for nearly 10 minutes. Nobody called the clock as Radicchi continued to agonize over the decision.
"Fold," he eventually said, flashing Q♥7♠ for two pair. "Queens right? I can't beat your hand," he told Cintula, he took the pot without showing.
