Christophe Panetti opened to 1,200 from early position and was called by James Chen, who was on his direct left. Action folded to Andrea Dato in the small blind. The 2023 EPT Cyprus Main Event runner-up made it 6,600 and only Chen called.
Chen called a bet of 4,400 on the A♣A♠10♠ flop before the 2♥ turn checked through to the 6♠ river. Dato announced a bet of 5,000. Chen thought it over for around a minute before raising to 27,000. Dato then took his own 60-seconds of thinking time and opted to fold.
