Kabrhel Finds Success on Second Bullet
Level 13
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Martin Kabrhel raised to 70,000 from the hijack and big blind Ioannis Angelou-Konstas defended the big blind. The flop fell 9♦5♠K♥ and Angelou-Konstas checked to Kabrhel, who continued for 95,000 chips. Angelou-Konstas then raised to 225,000 and Kabrhel made the call.
Angelou-Konstas fired another 250,000 on the 2♠ turn and Kabrhel called yet again. The 4♦ river then completed the board and Angelou-Konstas shipped all in, covering Kabrhel's 450,000 remaining chips.
Kabrhel made a quick call and Angelou-Konstas showed his K♦Q♠ for top pair. Kabrhel, however, was sitting on A♠A♥ for pocket aces. They were good enough to double him up in the tail end of Day 1.
