Foxen Barrels All the Way

Level 7 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Alex Foxen opened to 22,000 from under the gun and was called by Adrian Mateos in the big blind. The flop came {k-Spades}{9-Spades}{3-Hearts} and Mateos check-called a bet of 18,000 from Foxen.

The turn brought the {j-Hearts} and Mateos checked again. Foxen fired out another bet of 115,000 and Mateos still called. The river was the {a-Clubs} and Mateos checked for the third time. Foxen used a time extension before shoving all in for 708,000. Mateos used one of his own but eventually laid his hand down.
