It is time for the two starting flights to combine their fields in Event #2: €550 Pot-Limit Omaha 8-Handed, the second event of 2019 World Series of Poker Europe here at King's Resort. The total prize pool of the event reached €238,000 with 476 entries within the two starting flights. The detailed payouts will be announced as soon as the event starts, with all remaining players already in the money.

Shaun Deeb is in the best position for another deep run and possibly his fifth WSOP bracelet, along with enough points that will put him in charge of the 2019 WSOP Player of the Year race. He bagged 947,000 chips in Day 1b, while his closest competitor is Marcel Brunner, Day 1a's chip leader, who put 668,000 in his bag. The third place in the chipcounts belongs to 2019 WSOP bracelet winner Dash Dudley (657,000).

Except Deeb and Dudley, there are three more bracelet winners in the field, Jeff Madsen (371,000), Sebastian Langrock (355,000) and Anthony Zinno (258,000). Among other notables in the field are Sebastian Pauli (544,000), Ming Juen Teoh (489,000), Anson Tsang (360,000) and Christopher Back (86,000).

The action will continue with 28 minutes remaining in Level 18 with a 3,000 small blind and a 6,000 big blind. The levels will have an increased duration of 40 minutes each, while Day 2 is scheduled to start at 2 p.m. local time and stop when players reach the eight-handed final table. Stay tuned in PokerNews to see who will be the eight finalists for bracelet #2 of 2019 WSOPE.
