Brunner Cruising

Level 13 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante

Marcel Brunner is having a great day so far, and possibly the biggest stack in the field. In one of his last hands he took a small pot, when Vangelis Kaimakamis opened to 5,500 from the cutoff, Mikko Hirvonen called from the button and Brunner completed from the big blind.

The flop came {a-Spades}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and all players checked.

The turn was the {8-Clubs} and Brunner bet 10,000 chips, getting called only by Hirvonen.

The {7-Spades} completed the board on the river and both players checked, with Brunner showing {k-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Spades} to scoop the pot with a flush.
