Thorel Takes From Burns

Level 1 : 5,000/10,000, 5,000 ante

Timothy Adams opened to 22,000 under the gun and Kahle Burns called from the button along with Jean-Noel Thorel in the small blind and Alex Foxen in the big blind.

The flop fell {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and action was checked to Burns who bet 25,000. Thorel was the only caller.

The turn brought the {2-Spades} and Thorel checked once more. Burns threw in a bet of 170,000 that Thorel check-called again.

The {9-Diamonds} completed the board and this time, Burns checked. Thorel fired 200,000 and Burns took a few seconds of reflection, then called. Thorel turned over {k-Spades}{j-Clubs} for a straight and Burns sent his hand to the muck.
