Wilmsmann Cracks Tomovic's Aces

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Aleksandar Tomovic raised it up from middle position and was called by Jona Wilmsmann in the big blind. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and Wilmsmann checked to Tomovic who continued for 6,500. Wilmsmann raised to 20,000 and Tomovic moved the last of his 63,000 chips into the middle. Wilmsmann called and the cards were tabled.

Jona Wilmsmann: {10-Clubs}{3-Clubs}
Aleksandar Tomovic: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}

The turn was the {q-Diamonds} but with neither player holding a diamond in their hand, one more diamond would result in a chopped pot. The river was the {8-Clubs} and Wilmsmann held on to eliminate Tomovic.

Blom Doubles Through Yankov; Van de Linde Trending Up

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Viktor Blom
Viktor Blom

Viktor Blom has moved out of the danger zone due to a double at the expense of Krasimir Yankov. Blom open-shoved {A-Clubs}{5-Hearts} for 15 big blinds from the small blind and Yankov called after some chats with Blom with {A-Spades}{3-Hearts}.

The board came down {4-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{5-Spades} to give Blom more than enough to double up.

At another table, Ronald van de Linde has moved up to 230,000. According to Van de Linde, he doubled first with {10-}{10-} against Jakob Miegel's {A-}{K-} before eliminating a short stack with {A-}{A-}.

Diaz Ignites the Action

Level 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

There were four players that saw a flop of {a-Clubs}{8-Spades}{7-Spades} and Yunsheng Sun began with a check from the big blind. Guillaume Diaz bet 13,000 from middle position and was called by Steven Warburton on his left in the hijack. Vincent Robert also called from the cutoff and Sun check-raised to 75,500.

Diaz quickly mucked after realizing he had no business being in the hand anymore. Warburton jammed all in for 252,000 and Robert went into the tank for a couple of minutes. He stood up from his chair with his hands on his head and counted out his chips before letting go of his hand. Sun also went into the tank for a couple of minutes but decided to fold as well.
