Bujtas Drags Another Big One

Level 14 : 2,500/5,000, 5,000 ante

Yesterday, Laszlo Bujtas was involved in one of the largest pots of the day, and in the first level of Day 3 the Hungarian dragged another big pot that ended Ernests Patajs' tournament life on the spot.

Both Bujtas and Patajs had been building a sizable pot already on earlier streets, which built the pot already up to around 350,000 when the river was dealt on {A-Spades}{9-Spades}{4-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{K-Spades}. Patajs bet 50,000, with around 150,000 behind, and Bujtas responded by shoving all in.

Patajs was agonizing over it and took over a minute before calling it off with {8-Clubs}{8-Spades} for a set. Bujtas showed him the bad news with {7-Spades}{6-Spades} for a flush. In frustration, Patajs splashed the remainder of his stack all across the table and quickly headed out of the tournament area.
