"Mama Mia!" -- Kurganov Eliminated

Level 18 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante

Nick Petrangelo opened for 200,000 and immediately hit a timer on his phone, as action was on Martin Kabrhel. Players at the table have begun routinely clocking Kabrhel on every decision. When it hit 30 seconds, Petrangelo called for a clock. Kabrhel folded. Igor Kurganov defended his big blind and the two saw a {q-Clubs}{5-Spades}{6-Spades} flop. Kurganov check-shoved over 150,000 for about 550,000 total and Petrangelo snap-called with {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}.

"Mama mia," Kurganov exclaimed, showing {q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}. "Is it even possible?"

Not today, and the {3-Clubs} and then {a-Hearts} were the meaningless final two cards.

The tournament is now one off the bubble.
